    Create a podcast using Podbean.
This "Think" asks you to just "dip your toe" into podcasting by creating an audio file, using a free service called Podbean, and publishing it to your Edublog. What's a podcast? Your own audio broadcast, where you can easily record voice messages, mix in your favorite music, and share it all for the world to hear.
Record your podcast using Audacity (a free software for PC) or Garageband (Mac). You'll need your headset/microphone combo tool for this. See helps below.
    Audacity -http://www.guidesandtutorials.com/audacity-tutorial.html
    Garageband - http://www.apple.com/support/ilife/tutorials/garageband/index.html
    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080210175649AAgUFAb
After recording your podcast, you want to save the file as an mp3(audio) or m4p(audio+video).

Sign up for a free Podbeanaccount. Go to: http://www.podbean.com/podcast_hosting_audio_video_blog_hosting
